I have been spending money on advertising for approx. 5 1/2 years. Franchise owners always try and find a method of advertising that is not only visibly effective but also cost effective. I would like to take a moment and thank GoLoyal, my search is finally over. Just wanted to take a minute and let you know that your email program has been all as advertised and more. As a matter of fact, I proofed the initial welcome email at 2:30 in the afternoon and clients started coming in the salon with coupons by 5:00pm that same day.

The email marketing program designed and implemented for our salon/spa by GoLoyal has consistently been the most effective marketing tool we employ. GoLoyal gave us the means to significantly increase our email base from 50 email clients to over 800 in a six month period. We have sent out e-vites for events we are holding with a great rsvp response. We have target marketed specific client groups to introduce new services; for example, promotional emails for men to increase men's hair coloring services. We have utilized the program for our clients to refer their friends (and add new clients for us!), and to increase gift certificate sales.
